Although, I really can't make any judgments before the movie comes out, I kinda think the movie can capitalize on how it presents the visual aspects of the story rather than the literal story itself. I expect there will be several plot differences to make it interesting to watch on the big screen and to squeeze fit the story around the <2 hours watch-time.
So yeah, I think the book will stay at it's position to be the best in the storytelling and details. But I hope the movie does a fantastic job as well! :)
