The Big Red Button is the button that Anorak shows Parzival in his study after Parzival finds The Egg. The Big Red Button, located behind a bookshelf in the study, will, if pressed, shut down the entire O.A.S.I.S, though Anorak warns Parzival to only press it if he was "Absolutely positive it is the right thing to do." The Big Red Button is also one of the reasons that Nolan Sorrento becomes a Gunter. He wanted to avenge his sisters death after she became obsessed with the O.A.S.I.S.
